We are very pleased to invite you at the JKA Seminar in Luxembourg. As you know already OKUMA SHIHAN 7 dan, Instructor from JKA Headquarter in Japan will teach us through the courses.

We want to promote friendship and cooperation for all Karateka (open to all associations and federations).

  The seminar will be held in Luxembourg City, Situated in the heart of Europe. As Luxembourg is a small country with History, European Capital, Unesco World Heritage, etc.
• ARRIVAL
  • BY CAR: Luxembourg is connected to the far corners of Europe by an excellent network of highways A1, A13, A3, A4, A6, A7.
  • BY TRAIN: The capital city is linked to the TGV and ICE network the central train station is situated 10 minutes walking distance from the city center.
  • BY PLANE: The international airport Luxembourg is situated only 6 km from the city center, and 20 min from the Seminar location and 15 min from the Hotels reachable by public free tram and free bus transport.

For participating at the DAN  tests please:

• Fill out the “DAN – registration google form” on the website before the 20^th May 25
• Download The form, fill out “JKA DAN  EXAMINER Form” has to be send by mail to the karatestagelux@gmail.com before 25th May 25.

• The participants need to participate at least at 4 courses.
• All participants need to have a valid 2025 individual JKA license.
• Be in possession of their JKA WF/JKA HQ passport.
• Please note: No handwritten form will be accepted.
  • Transfer the “INSCRIPTION QUALIFICATION FEE” of  45 € to the bank account SHOGUN CLUB before 20th May 2025.
• NOT refundable
• Approval letter from the leader of your JKA association
• copy of the last degree diploma

QUALIFICATIONS

For participating at the qualification tests please:

• Fill out the “qualification – registration google form” on the website before the 20^th May 25
• Download The form, fill out “JKA EXAMINATION QUALIFICATION Form” has to be send by mail to the karatestagelux@gmail.com before 25th May 25.

• The participants need to participate at least at 4 courses.
• All participants need to have a valid 2025 individual JKA license.
• Be in possession of their JKA WF/JKA HQ passport.
• Please note: No handwritten form will be accepted.

QUALIFICATION REGISTRATION FEE JKA HQ

REGISTRATION PASSED DAN / QUALIFICATION AT JKA HQ TOKYO

Exam fees must be paid in advance when registering online. These fees are not refundable in the event of absence or failure of the exam.

If you pass the exams, the registration fees must be paid before Friday June 20, 2025 at 6 p.m. (deadline).

After this period, success in the exam will be canceled.

The registration fees cover the administrative follow-up of your file, bank fees (exchange commissions and €/¥ transfer).
